A dark, german filtered wheat ale, with strong and unique yeast flavors of vanilla and clove. Little to no hop flavor or aroma with low bitterness.

[Original rating 2015-05-23] On tap at the brewpub in SLC. Pours clear gold / brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, a little smoke. Taste is sweet malt with a slightly bitter finish. Overall pretty good, I’m glad I tried it.
