Poured into an American style pint glass from a growler.

A-Tannish; borderline pale amber/deep gold. It supposedly is an unfiltered beer, but it was quite translucent like a filtered lager. Sticky lace left on the glass; poured a white creamy 2 finger head. Decent retention; carbonation present.

S-An unpleasant chalky smell; malty; and a little sweet. Quite boring.

T-Light toasty malt undertones; a light floral taste from the hops, but not too overpowering; sweet caramel malt throughout; aftertaste had a little spice to it from the hops, yet it was balanced by the caramel malt. It was quite a sweet and light beer.

M-Thin, watery, and it drank more like a warm weather lager. Since this is a cream ale, I like the mouth-feel to have more creaminess to it. It did not. Carbonation on the high side. I don't understand why this is released in the winter, oh well. Light bodied throughout. Drinkable.

Overall, too watery for me, but easy to drink. It had some flavor which was its only redeeming quality. I was disappointed to see a translucent beer, rather than the typical cloudy unfiltered look I like to see. I recommend this to those who are not new to craft beer and want something really light, approachable, sweet, and fairly smooth.

A - Pours a cloudy dark golden yellow color, some carbonation, nice foamy head, and some nice lacing afterwards.

S - Scents of malts, and some hops.

T - The taste is malty with some undertones of hops. Also kinda sweet with a dry/clean finish.

M - Medium body.

D - Drinkable. This is a tasty brew. Would recommend.
