A very light amber colored, unfiltered ale, balanced bitterness and an extreme amount of hop flavor and aroma.

A pretty average pale ale. Not bad, not great.

Beer #1 in the great Utah Brew Hunt.
This is a real chewy pale ale. The body of it is so thick I can definitely feel it in my mouth. Hop character is thorough and consistent. Earthy, for sure. Very slightly salty in tone. Citrus as a very distant accent. Some might consider this muddled or murky. I think it's pretty decent. Nothing mind blowing. Just an ale you can sit with, sip, and be okay with.

Had this at the Trolley Square location. Received in a perfect pint look-alike.
3.5 A: Lightly hazed dark orange color. Came without much of a head, but does leave some decent lacing.
3.5 S: Super toasty. Grainy next. Solid neutral maltiness. Light earthy and herbal hops.
3.5 T: Toasty and grainy like the nose. Drier than I was expecting. Moderate bitterness with light earthy hop flavor.
3.5 M: Lighter medium to medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Very light creaminess.
3.5 D: Decent pale ale. Perhaps a bit too dry to drink a lot of.

a good amber colored pale ale with a clear rust colored body and a foaming white head 2 inches high. great nose on this one, english pale malts and some caramel malts as well, bitter bitter hops too, and a very good balance. flavor is crisp and hoppy. pine and citrus hops combine for a rather rich flavor, and the malts come through later to leave a very well rounded flavor on the tongue. feel isnt bad. medium carbonation is appropriate and the body is maybe just a touch thin, which was a common theme in the 4% utah drafts. overall a good sessionable brew at a good price in a cool spot. i will have another on my next visit.

Probably the top beer at Desert Edge....very nice. The appearance is a cloudy amber with thin white head. The scent is fresh hop that has more pine than citrus. The taste is very good....a fresh hop flare, starts piney then settle a bit with a spice kick. The mouthfeel is good. Definitely a good session beer.
