On draught at the Yard House.
A murky gold colored pour with a decent head and lacing up top.
Soft and mild toasted malt flavor, subtle banana and clove, a little peppery.
Light/med body, a little tangy on the finish.

i actually was told this is being made by stone now, not uinta, something to do with distribution to the entire network, but i believe the recipe is the same, and i have not seen any house beers for yard house added under stone yet. that said, the menu and the server both said this came from stone now, not sure how much it has changed, but suffice it to say, its an excellent beer in its current format, no matter where it originated, much more a wit than a hefe to me despite how its listed here, definitely more belgian than german yeast esters here, although i do get a little bit of a creamy banana thing to it. drinkable and bright, but still sturdy and obviously wheat based, dry and well carbonated, a very nicely balanced and flavorful brew. i like the cereal grain base, the tough of sweetness it has in the middle, and the fruity tones from the yeast. its soft in feel, pillowy and expansive and active, and it seems kind of old worldy, even rustic, more character than a lot of these have, but still with supreme drinkability. very well done overall here, this went down mighty easy and really hit the spot, nice yeast profile, overall impressively good for a house beer at a chain restaurant.

Pours hazzy gold with light white head. Spicy almost Belgium notes. Smooth like velvet with no bite or hop. Easy drinking summer ale.

On tap in Atlanta.
Pale golden body topped by a rather weak head.
Bready and spicy aroma.
The flavor is primarily a Belgian/German wit with a bit less banana than average.
