[Original rating 2018-01-06] 750 ml bottle from the government store. Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma is wood, earth, alcohol, funk, onion. Taste is rotten vegetables, molasses and alcohol. Maybe there is brett hidden in there but I can’t tell. Dry finish. I can’t guess what they were going for here. Uinta: congrats, you got my $13. When you have a bad batch you should just dump it and eat the cost, not bottle it and make your customers pay for the mistake. I won’t be trying any more of your limited releases.
