Golden wild ale. Funky golden sour ale. Combo of fresh beer with Lacto & Brett blended with beer aged 2 years in oak.
Light refreshing tart ale with noticeable oak. Enjoyed.

750 ml bottle from the brewery store. Pours clear gold/orange with a very small white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is funky brett, faint apple and pear. Taste is tart, fruity, brett, with a dry champagne like finish. Very good. I've had this bottle chillin for a couple of months, I think it has improved with age.
