Had Caravan IIPA poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 01/03/23Q" and "PACKTHEUINTA," into tulip pint.
Pours bright gold with 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, pulling some thick splotches of lace down the glass. Big juicy aromas of tropical, sweet stone and berry fruits off pour, with melon soon becoming a bit more prominent, and the berry aroma joined by a bit of malt and some tart stone fruit as warms. On tasting, a bit of dry-hopping resin up front, then big, sweet melon over mild but noticeable malt, with some sweet stone fruit and a bit of berry joining, then tart stone (or tropical) fruits as warms, all carrying into a somewhat crisp, still fruity, moderately bitter finish.
December of this year will be the 25th anniversary of my first visit to Utah. Needless to say, the Utah beer scene still has a long way to go. However, all of the major breweries now have two or three passable to pretty darned good DIPAs like this juicy but not crushingly bitter West Coast IPA, when you can find them. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Appearance: Hazy amber with a large off white head and good lacing.
Aroma: Dank. Some citrus, A bit herbal.
Taste: Unique but settling nicely on the palate. Defies classification as neither a NEIPA or WCIPA. Like the ABV strength.
Mouthfeel: Well carbonated, medium-to-full bodied with a lingering finish.
Overall: Find it interesting, if not amazed, to find a beer from over a half continent away on the shelf of a small independent drug store in a blue collar suburb of a large East Coast city. I know, exceptions abound. But still...

Pours slightly hazed medium gold with a big fluffy head that retains well. Nice lacing.
Aromas of caramel malt, grapefruit, orange, and pine resin.
Fruity sweetness up front--citrus and pear. Midstream, more honey and caramel malt. Closes with pine and some warming drying booze.
Slick mouthfeel. Medium bodied and drying at the finish.
A decent but sort of all over the place DIPA. Too much booze and a weird hop profile.

Surprised no one had added this one to the database yet.
12 oz can, dated 4/10/21, into Bearded Iris Teku.
Has a deep amber gold with a thick creamy ring of head. Some lace sticks lightly as it's swirled.
Some juicy hop content from the can aroma. Grapefruit, oranges, orange juice, pithy lemon, some hot yeast, slight dew grass, slight pine, some hefty caramel and pale malt. From the glass I get damn near nothing.
Flavor brings pears and caramel malt right out front - THWACK! It follows with some orange parfait, banana peel, and pithy bitter grapefruit. Some diesel and floral action on the back end and finishes on a dry flower bed in a drought. Juicy profile but doesn't have the sweetness to typify the style.
Feel is a ball of fire right from the word go, it just burns throughout the whole thing. Resins and carbonation almost match it, with a slight stickiness from the hops and some residual hop oils. Getting some hop burn too.
Overall, maybe not a repeat purchase for me, but it's a pretty decent IIPA. It's west coast meets modern yeast, with a head wound of out-of-control fermentation temps. Utah, much like South Dakota and Minnesota, has very hit and miss beers, mostly missing.
Regardless, as a follow up here, I did enjoy the entire can. Gave me a nice buzz and mellowed out as it warmed a few degrees. Give it a try once.
