The beer pours a nice clear golden color with a head that didnt last very long but laced most of the way through the beer. The smell was very light but clean slight sweet malt smell with a bit of noble hops. Taste was very mild with a hint of earthy or grassy taste. Very refershing and pleasing with a light to medium body that makes it quite easy to drink and enjoy.

This golden pilsner is one of the nicer Utah lagers considering the laws. The beer has light buttery aroma. The medium body is admirable and enhances the bready and buttery flavors of the brew. This is a good beer.
