Pours a nice, deep but fairly clear gold with good head. The aroma is a little muted like a lot of these are but you can small some citrus and pils malt. The taste is crisp, dry, pils malt, a little biscuit, pine, grapefruit with decent bitterness. Always loved a pils with a little bite and this has a lot more going on so a good offering from Uinta of one of my fave new styles, cheers!

Amber brew poured in the tall IPA glass has an unfiltered look and plenty of foam. Lush ad sudsy mouthfeel. Aroma of lime peel and a touch of papaya. Flavors of malt, citrus, and some green melon. Something like grilled fruit, blueberries, and dark grain in the mix. Hints of candied citrus peel with a slight sweetness to start. Moderate acidty.
Hops are listed as Cascade, Chinook, and Experimental Hop HBC1019 (used in Reuben's Alpenglow). Brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked corn. Really a pleasant fruity taste. I have not had many Uinta brews since my Utah days and this reminds me to look for more of their non-standard brews. From the 16 oz can purchased on the West Coast. Dated 01/12/22.

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Golden pour, mild cloudiness, fluffy, lasting white head. Sweet, fruity aroma, floral notes. Taste comes in with light citrus, zesty hops, more floral aspects. Smooth, full body, snappy, lingering bitterness.
