The sixth and final installment in our 2022 Pro Line Series, Cinnamon Roll Wheatwine has arrived.
A malt bill consisting of fifty-two percent red wheat creates decadent viscosity, enveloping the palate in cozy warmth punctuated by highlights of cinnamon and vanilla. Pleasant sweetness swirls throughout, maintaining a delicate balance of nuance, strength and indulgence. 16oz / 9.5% ABV

16 oz can poured into a pils glass.
Pours a dark gold/slightly amber with a lingering off white head
Spiced and slightly boozy aroma, but only after warming up a bit.
Heavily spiced, cinnamon and nutmeg for sure, but less so 'cinnamon roll sweetness/frosting' Hint of booze and nice rich wheat
Slightly frothy but otherwise light body.
Overall don't drink it right out of the fridge. Let it warm at least 20 min or so and go from there. Glad I have another can to do that with!

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Light amber pour, filmy head, ring of foam. Aroma is cinnamon with a touch of brown sugar. Taste begins with the cinnamon roll flavors before the wheat wine kicks in, malty, leathery, dry. Alcohol heat follows with a glowing warmth in the chest. Not as sweet as I would have guessed.
