Cask. Very dark chestnut colour. Clear with a tight dense head. Creamy lacing down to the bottom.
A rich dark chocolate aroma when smelt. Some coffee grounds and charred toast present.
Light green hops appear on tasting along with a lightly burnt bread flavour. The chocolate has all but disappeared.
Standard cask feel. Medium to full bodied.
A stout porter.
