Cask. Sparkler used. Thin head. Clear [for a change] amber with sliding lace.
Ripe stoned fruit aroma with a bit of lemon.
A nicely balanced flavour of apricot and sweet malt biscuit.
Vibrant carbonation for cask. Moderate body.
A flavoursome bitter which I hope BS maintain as a seasonal.
