Well, as the second, and possibly last reviewer, I must agree with everything the other reviewer posted. Their food was good - I only had a hamburger. It wasn't anything to rave about.
Their beers were not as good as they could have been. The beer seemed to be aimed a Lite Beer crowd - not a beer-snob like me. Nothing with full flavor. Nothing close to a Stout or Porter, or for that matter, a Bock. But, that didn't stop me from adding to my Growler Collection.
They closed on March 31, 2009.
Apr 17, 2009Their beers were not as good as they could have been. The beer seemed to be aimed a Lite Beer crowd - not a beer-snob like me. Nothing with full flavor. Nothing close to a Stout or Porter, or for that matter, a Bock. But, that didn't stop me from adding to my Growler Collection.

This brewpub is part of a family sports complex. The first three times I dropped in for a pint, the staff told me that their own beer would be ready, By this Saturday. I accepted this the first time . A month later I was a bit miffed. The third time, months later I thought, OK one more chance.
Months after the promised beer Saturday their brews were ready for reviewing. The food was good. None of the beers were worth noting. If you are a jock the food and beer are just OK. They do not take American Express. This is a detriment to us in the business world. No taking clients here on the company nickel.
I do not plan to go back soon. There are so many better places to get good food and better beer in Southeast Wisconsin. Too bad, they are close to home. Maybe they will improve over time. I will give them a year and check things again, stay tuned.
