Thanks for this one, Derek.
Pours a lightly carbonated golden orange color with just a little bit of white foam. The aroma is musty and sort of damp overall. There is some hay and grass in terms of funkiness. A little bit of lemon zest and green apple, too. Not an overly impressive flavor. Quite musty and highly earthy, maybe some oak flavor. Tartness is there, but a little bit restrained.

Bottle. 12oz bottle o’ lambic...nice! Pours a clear, slightly reddish copper color with a nice fluffy light tan head. This has a semi related smell to New Glarus Enigma (a beer I love), slight cherry, funky oak, and a lemon zest like bite. Light carbonated mouthfeel. Ok, the taste is a little off to me. It has a caramel, vanilla like start that then transition to a cream corn nutty like lingering note that I find a bit weird and unlike any lambic I have had. I have 2 bottles left and I tell you what, i am going to just let them sit and see if anything good comes from it. This is venture I am not to sure Walldorff should have taken.

Thanks to Raymo55 for this one.
Pours a nice amber brown with hints of burgundy and garnet, nice amount of bubbles rising to the top with a soft 3/4 finger of bubbly reddish off-white head. Nice amount of thin white film stays on top as it goes down the glass, thick rim around the circumference that sticks like glue, very nice. Has a pleasant aroma, lots funk, cherries some raspberries, not too complex but not overly simplified. Nice fruit flavors, bits of cherry, bits of raspberries and blackberries, tart but not sour, tannins at the end, a bit leathery with some faint notes of perhaps tobacco. Pretty light body, not a ton of carbonation, a bit acidic at the finish, not unpleasant though.
Verdict: Not one to knock my socks off, but a really enjoyable beer, a nice American lambic. I have another variety of this and I’m definitely looking forward to it.

A: Pours a cloudy pinkish amber with a huge dirty tan head.
S: Brett funky tartness with a faint amount of raspberry.
T: Initial hint of sweetness followed by very mild raspberry tartness. Middle is some oakiness. Finish is some leather and maybe a hint of tobacco.

12oz bottle with pink wax. Poured into tulip glass.
An extra in a trade from Boneyardbrewer - thanks!
poured a hazy rose color. very pretty. 1 finger off-white head. ample carbonation.
Smell: tart red berries (raspberry mainly). some funk. smells sweet.
Taste: Bretty. Berry fruits (raspberry, strawberry?). A bit tart and sour but nothing near as sour as belgian fruit lambics i've had. Dry, oaky finish. A bit of a strange aftertaste that I can't place, but not entirely unpleasant.
Overall, an okay american attempt at a lambic.

A - An orgeish brown beer with no real head on the pour. No real stuff on the sides either.
S - Little bit of funk and barnyard. Fairly sweet.
T - Taste is a little sugary, some oak. Falls a little bit flat but it's not horrible. Could use some more tartness on the end, a little bite, or a slight bit of funk. Solid effort though.
M - It's a bit flat, medium bodied.
O - Very good effort on a lambic from an obscure brewery out of Hastings, Michigan. Curious to see what they come out with next.
