Appearance
Black body with a 1/2" tan head of tight, tiny bubbles that settles to a creamy covering
Smell
Cold press coffee, bakers chocolate
Taste & Mouthfeel
Really balanced and drinkable stout; consistent roastiness all the way through and it finishes light and clean, making it very drinkable; slight mineral quality detected in finish, which is probably due to the dolomite found in the natural water source; body is light-to-medium with a full carbonation that yields a velvety smoothness; some raisin and berry fruitiness and some light toast and cocoa powder notes in the finish.
Overall
A delicious session stout from an uber-small Missouri brewery.

I liked this beer so much I made a stew with it.
Appearance- It is a super dark opaque. I would go as far to say pitch black. Several fingers of tan almost brown head and the lace is nice and tight following all the way to the bottom of the glass.
Smell- It smells of chocolate and roasted malts.
Taste-The flavors are great chocolate and roasted malts really come through. This stout is great because there is not much for an aftertaste at all.
Mouthfeel- Thick, full and very creamy.
Drinkability- I have to travel an hour just to get this beer but it is worth it.

12 oz. bottle fresh Stout from Little Yeoman pours Solid black with a brown creamy head. Very good retention for this style.
Lots of good aromas dark chocolate/coffee, molasses, burnt toast, and bread. As it warms its sweetness comes on. So good that I could wait for much warming. Taste similar to aroma along with sweet raisins and prunes. Great finish.
If your near Cabool Missouri, seek this out. If not, lets make a trade for this fine local stout.
