By far the most inconsistent beer I've ever encountered-this characteristic is, I'm virtually certain, due to its fragility. When it has been handled with care it is without doubt the most delicious warm weather beer I've ever tasted, handled with indifference it can range from mediocre to outright unpleasant.
Before even the tasting, you will know if you've got a good bottle by the astounding head; naturally carbonated (of course), when all is as it should be, it must, regardless of the temperature of either bottle or the glass, be poured verrrry slowly lest you end up with 1'' liquid and 7" of foam.
