PCBW Collaboration brew with Sprague Farms and Brew Gentlemen. Made from Maple Syrup, Malt and Hops grown at Sprague farms.
Pours a murky brown color with an off white head and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma smells sweet and vaguely syrupy with some nutty malts. In the taste, much like a brown ale with nutty, toasted malt and a sweetness but not really strongly maple. Much of the maple element had fermented out but there were still some unfermented sugars hanging around. Not a bad beer but pretty one dimensional.
