Thanks to my boys local to Voodoo brewing for hooking me up with a crowler of this brewery ive never heard of. Consumed over a month ago and only catching up with reviews now. This was my first crowler experience, poured into a snifter. The brew appears pink in color with a white head.
The smell is only mildly fruity with an accent of lemon and floral appeal. Based on nose alone, you would never know there was a cranberry addition.
The taste is tart with carbonics and mineral character with a light fruity/floral note and almost a sweet tart candy thing going on before a return to the focus being minerals.
This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Its an ok offering that I appreciate getting a chance to try but I doubt id want more of it unless they are reworking the recipe.
