Poured into a sample glass at a brewfest. Thin film like head, that quickly disappeared. Scents of yeast almost like a toasted cracker along with citrus, coriander, clove. The spices really meld together in the flavor and the lemon and orange seem to pop out more, and highlight a small amount of pepper. Mouthfeel is smooth and light. Certainly highly drinkable in the warm summer months.

A-Hazy golden morning sunrise yellow with a medium white head that reduced to a thin cap and leaves webby lace.
S-Supportive wheat malt base is nicely accented by coriander, white pepper and an impressive citrus zing.
T-Amazingly assertive sharp citrus pop with white pepper, coriander and lighter herbal hop notes punching through a mildly acidic, sweet biscuity wheat malt base.
M-Medium-light body with a nice sharpness and good lingering citrus notes and spiciness.
D-Highly! A spicy, citrusy treat that is very refreshing. An excellent brew to quaff of a warm summer night while hanging out in the barn jammin' to some foot stomping tunes

Appears a cloudy sunshine haze large white head leaves even lace with each sip. Aromatics contain sharp wheat tones spicy coriander herbal highlights I know this has peppercorns but there's a citrus spicy toned herbal citrus toned herbal hop finish that overrides any peppery tone. Flavor has a sharp citrus eppel peppery wild lavender herbal hop notes sharp wheat acidity going on as well. Mouthfeel is light in body spritzier carbonation smooth texture flowing with no problem. Drinkability is high for quantity not over spiced comes of rather clean and flowing with different herbal and wild tones coming through.

Had this beer on draft at the brewery. Nice cloudy yellow appearance and poured into a nice 3 finger white head. This beer has a nice smell got some hints of couriander and and some citrus. This beer has a nice balanced taste with a slit citrusy finish. An over nice Wit. A great place off the beaten path, Brian and Minnie ( the owners) are great people.
