Had on tap at Bocktown. French and Indian Corn Ale? Lets give it a go.

A. Poured from tap, shows a nice amber body and a slight off white head. Good lacing.

S. A bit of sweetness, a nice mellow corn bread smell.

T. The taste is really good actually. A nice crisp bitterness paired with the sweetness from the malt and the wild corn. Its hard to describe the taste precisely, but I would just say its unique and delicious, well balanced and well brewed.

M. A slightly vicious mouthfeel and a tad slick.

D. This is a fine beer and exactly what I was hoping to be. Full of flavor and not really the cooked corn beer I thought it would be. Give it a shot.
