A: An extremely light blonde and a creamy one finger white head.
S: gentle grain sweetness. Very clean on all accounts
M: extremely light in body and high, snappy Carbonation
T: A tad dms flavors the malt body nicely giving it a good bready sweetness balanced by floral hops. Slightly grassy and herbal. An abundantly drinkable beer. Outstanding on that regard. Not really sure about the Munich helles classification although I can certainly sense a slight caramel/buttery sweetness. It's like their version of a bud, but made craft.

Draught @ Brewpub: This one pours a pale yellow. There was almost no white head and no lacing. The aroma is lighter: malts and some adjuncts. The taste is OK, but certainly nothing to write home about. Some malts and earthy notes.

T- Lacking, there is a slight bitter finish but not much more
M- extremely light in body, but it does have nice carbonation.

My first impression was as if i had a mass produced american lager in front of me. Unfortunately the brewer did not and was not that Successful. Amber, tasteless, and under welming. It reminded me of August game at the stadium. Being served a day old warm beer. At least it didn't cost me 8 dollars.

On draft at the brewery.
Poured a light straw hue with no head to speak of.
The smell featured a light grainy malt and a subtle noble hop spice.
The taste consisted of a light and relatively crisp malt and a drying hop spice. Buttery bread noted.
The mouthfeel was dry and a bit thin for the style.
Overall an easy enough to drink lager. Nothing too exciting however.

Beer comes a pale straw-like color. Medium carbonation. Flavors of slight malts, some sweetness, none of that "helles" bite, nothing outstanding to really speak of. Super light to watery mouthfeel makes this one almost too easy to drink. This beer is brewed to be the brewery's "intro" beer, and it actually tastes very much like a Budweiser.too macro for my liking. when at this brewery order the S.O.B. bitter. I don't think I will order it again.
