Part of a flight, tasted from a 4 ounce mini mug. No head, dark yellow in color. Taste was not memorable. This is not a lager that I would try again, but in fairness, it was the favorite of my dining companion, who likes lighter beers, and preferred this over the Big Easy Blonde.

Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a clear, light golden color. There was a very small white head and almost no lacing. The aroma is mild. Some malts, maybe some floral hops. The taste was definitely light. Some malts, floral hops, and an aftertaste I couldn't quite figure out.

On draft at the brewery.
Poured a dark straw hie with a 1/4 inch foamy cap. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a full spicy and herbal noble hop.
The taste consisted of a very spicy noble hop and a rather grainy malt.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a tasty and seemingly authentic pils.

Golden in color with a light, white head. Good amount of lacing on the glass. This is a good summer beer with hints of grapefruit in the smell and taste. It's highly carbonated, so it'd be good in the summer or with some. Not my favorite of the bunch I tried at Hyde Park Brewery (that would be the Rough Rider Red), but this was very good.

Tasted as part of a 6 beer flite at the brewpub. They also make a helles and the two are quite different and both very well made. This is a pour of clear deep gold with a full white head. The nose reveals hops, dry, crisp, and oh so inviting. The body is crisp, as designed the flavor is a delicate balance that remains balanced right on through the finish. Very nice beer for a dificult brewing style.

Pours a golden color with a small head that disappeared about half way through the drink. The aroma contained a sharp hop bite. The flavor was much more malty with a nice balance of bitterness. Flavors were not overpowering, but weren't weak either.
The mouthfeel was crisp and had a light body, but it wasn't a "light beer". Extremely easy drinking, refreshing, and went well with the fish & chips I was eating at the time.
