Cask dispensed. Sparkler applied. Mid amber. Misty. Narrow creamy head.
Smells of sweet malt and earthy green hops.
A light caramel flavour with the hops providing some bitter balance.
A middling cask carbonation. Moderate body and quite dry.
Nothing exciting but an EB done really well.

Had at the Apple & Pears tap house in St Helier, Jersey. Aromas of apple & sultana with malt. Taste is of apple, caramel, sultana and malty hops with a rich fig & plum base with malt & roast overtones leading to a strong finish.
