This low-range imperial stout initially delivers an inspired whiff of coffee-like aroma. But it soon collapses into a glass of phenolic mayhem not unlike other Grey Parrot beers. As the head recedes, the body shows thin, tepid qualities throughout. Medicinal in taste, deficient in character.
