Starts sour and finishes tart. These same elements that might dignify Grey Parrots celebrated wild ales are out of place in this would-be blonde, though an infusion of raspberry puree and a redesignation of nomenclature might deliver this from failed table beer to zestful curiosity.
From a technical standpoint the beer is an abject failure. It is orangeade color, yet the exceptionally dense translucence is betrayed by a weak mouthfeel. Aside from this, the fragrance is corrupted by harsh phenols and the honey reference is entirely misplaced. It might be generous to call GPs Honey Blonde an acquired taste I dont care to acquire. But Id say the beer lacks discipline and/or definition.
