Copenhagen 14/12 2024. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Dark blue, festive label with a drawing of a delirious Snowman.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Settles s uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty and a bit rusty odor mingling with a rough and tart scent, Sweet pale malts, caramel and peach. Elderflower. Citrus and sour grains. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation, Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by ac stronger, rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry,
