Double mashed Imperial Stout brewed with eight different special malts. This means that the beer has great fullness, high viscosity and complexity. The brew is round-handed hops with Nugget and Fuggles giving the beer its edge.
The beer lasts a minimum of 30 days with New Grove Martitius rum, which gives a warming touch of alcohol at the end of the taste. There are notes of oak, molasses and vanilla. The brew is carbon black with strong, persistent foam.

Copenhagen 21/11 2019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Red label in Randers Bryghus usual typewritten, trixie style.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small, light beige head. Settles as a thin patch of foam not even close to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweetly roasted and with a light whiff of alcohol. Caramel, brown sugar, molasses, sweet caribbean brown rum. Light bitter hop presence.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, soft, smooth texture.
Flavor has a strong but round sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light boozy burn from the Rum infusion. Lingering.
Big, fat, boozy Stout with a moderate booziness and a sweet tooth.
