How to befriend a bear.
You'll need the following: One brewing installation, one fermentation tank, water, pilsner malt, yeast, quality honey and chilli. Notoriously workshy; the bear will usually turn up just as you've filled the very last bottle. Immediately upon arrival the bear will claim to be thirsty from "all the hard work he did here, bro", whilst engaging in a staring contest with your beer. To sea the friendship, simply uncap a bottle of Hneyburn, our in a wide glass and hand it to the bear. You now have a bear as a friend. This brew earned us approximately 3000 friends.

Copenhagen 8/122019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen Kbh. Ø. Randers Bryghus usual gritty, typewritten label design.
Pours unclear yellow with small white head. Settles as Thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, very sweet, yeasty and malty. Sweet pale malts, sugary honey, light roast. Dark dried fruit. Touch of basement and fungus.
Medium carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness - close to being sugary. Followed by a light sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and actually has a light boozy burn. Lingers for a while.
Does certainly live up to its name. Very sweet but avoids being cloying. Not much sign of the chili mentioned on the label.
