American IPA with a full malt body and well-balanced bitterness. Every time we brew this beer, our brewmaster decides on a new and unique combination of 10 different American hop varieties. This principle provides small variations between the individual brews and constant new taste experiences. After the first shot of bitterness, the beer is experienced as round and well-balanced, and finally presents itself with a refined interplay of the bitter and aromatic hops.

Copenhagen 29/7 2020. 50 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel), Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Classic circular beer label design with a horizontal green stripe with the name of the beer.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - amber with a big, fluffy white head. Stable. Settles as frothy, 1 cm thick layer of foam, crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light fruity sweet odor of exotic fruit mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruits. Peach and pineapple. Grape fruit and citrus. Aroma gets stronger as the beer warms up.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter sweet - a bit more bitter than sweet. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced and fairly pleasant.
