The beer has been aged with whisky added. The beer has OG: 1096 FG: 1025 IBU: 35 and EBC: 85. It should also be noted that the beer is a Limited Edition, and not part of the normal range.

Copenhagen 2/5 2017. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Very dark and noble label simply stating the name in gold letters.
Pours opaque dark brown with small beige head. Settles as very thin layer of patchy foam. No lacing.
Aroma is intense and sweet. Roasted dark malts, lightly smoky, boozy whisky, stale tobacco and bitter coffee.
Soft carbonation and thick oily palate.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is rich, sweet and pleasantly boozy.
Nice strong beer - which invites to thoughtful sipping and slow digestion.
