Copenhagen 2/9 2017. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Some plants with flowers on the label. A qualified guess is Ginger.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with small white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma reeks of Ginger. A little sharp and brings memories of medicine and sushi.
Fairly strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium herbal bitterness. Aftertaste is mouth rinse of the Ginger variety.
If you are really into Ginger this might be your thing. It's too dominant for my taste buds.
