This American-inspired IPA is a fresh and aromatic hoppy ale, with clear notes of tangerine and citrus fruits.
The beer is hopped with CItra, Summit and Cascade which are added in three stages, during a 75 minute boil of the wort. In the very last stage of the boil process, dried orange peel is also added. During the aging, tangerine aroma is added, and in addition we have dry hopped with Citra and Summit hops, which contribute a distinct citrusy touch.

Copenhagen 22/5 2015. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Raasted's usual labeldesign in a red version with a big no. "9" in center.
Pours almost clear orange with a mid-sized white head. Settles slowly over a couple of minutes into a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is actually of orange or tangerine and a little perfumed. Sweet peach for balance.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thic, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather sour. Citrus fruit and a pronounced bitterness. Only a light sweetness. Aftertaste of orange juice with bitterness.
Fine little screwdriver from Randers.
