Copenhagen 30/3 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Very purple layer with a big "P" on it - it might not be original but pretty informative.
Pours hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Settles as a thin layer of creamy foam just covering the surface of the ber. Moderate lacing.
Sweet aroma of caramel where a sharp sourish odor chimes in. Dark malts and tart berries.
Medium strong carbonation and oily palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is a bit on the sour side. A little caramel sweetness for balance.
It’s certainly OK even though a bit too sour for me. But I like its cousin with the yellow label way better.
