Copenhagen 14/9 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. No. 5 in Raasted Bryghus numbered series and in Raasted usual design in a yellow version.
Very explosive upon opening. A very wet experience. Very foamy when I pour it. Pours hazy pale yellow with a huge head. Settles as a several centimeters thick creamy crown. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet and sugary. Like a lemonade with gooseberry, elderberry and tart lemon.
Strong carbonation and watery palate. Lively texture.
Flavor is sweet and not much else. No bitterness to speak of and it’s a bit thin.
Quite refreshing on a warm summer day - but no explosion of flavor.
