Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a clear orange/amber color with a thin beige head that diminishes quickly. Rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is mildly malty with touches of citrus and hops. Light-bodied with grainy malt and caramel flavors, and subtle piney hops present as well. The finish is malt and toffee with a lingering mild hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

The gents around the table all conceded that this one was their favorite (for this nite anyway).
Big pints glass loaded with a clear mahogany brown brew, topped with a pillow head of ivory. Rich malt lacing.
Drawback: only subtle hints of malt in the aroma, but with the quaff came a load of malts and an earthy, spicy finish. Even a nutty pop kicked in for a nice addition.
Crisp and dry, this one became the session brew for the evening. A solid amber, for sure. Becky the bartender believes this one, like the rest of the lineup (except the dopplebock) is around 5%
