Im a bit apprehensive about this review, its toward the end of the season, and the pumpkin is about to run out. And you never really know what you may get with them, some batches are better than others.
This one looked good, a clear lite amber with a frothy ivory pillow-top that left nice lace rings. Aroma of pumpkin, clove and cinnamon. But the quaff, its was all the winter spices and no pumpkin backbone. Its like they ran out of pumpkin towards the end of the run.
This brew had potential, Ill be curious to try it again next year and re-view it.
