A hazy golden yellow pour in the shaker pint glass, nice white foamy head, leaving bead rings on the way down.
But the big influence is, of course, the passion fruit. This beer has quite a unique kick of the musty, sweet tart flavor of passion fruit - which seems to remind me a sweet apricot. A very tasty brew that drinks well in the summer heat - but watch out for the above average alcohol. The booze is well hidden, and can run from 6 to 8%, depending on the batch.
Very nice beer.
