This beer was tasted at the Bateman's brewery beer festival in late May 2007.
Gravity poured into a half pint sleeve glass, this blonde beer had no head, not a good sign in my eyes.
The aroma was of grapefruit and hops.
Four different types of 'high alpha acid hops' have been used to produce ' a wonderfully mellow flavour', tasted of grapefruit to me.
There was a dry, almost crisp aftertaste, but the citrus flavours from the grapefruit taste overpowered everything else.
