Bottle:
Berry forward with effervescent sparkling wine yeast, subdued oak, muted vanillin, and canned apricot puree notes.
One of Spoetlz's more refined efforts, though it's more of a generic wine barrel ale than a Kolsch.

pour is a medium deep copper - darker than a typical kolsch, no doubt from the barrel aging. Decent head and retention.

Taste is white grape, light berries, hint of oak tannin, wine, dry finish. peaches.
