12oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled strongly of sweet raspberry, chocolate and toffee. Sweet raspberry taste with and milk chocolate with toffee and a milc bitterness.

12 oz. can, 02/05/23 OK+ on the bottom, which I'm guessing is a best by date so let's have it a go.
Poured to a Central Waters snifter.
Pours a light chocolatey brown, appears ruby in the glass. Big finger of frothy khaki head that leaves some spotty lacing.
Aromas of powdery chocolate / cacao, hints of vanilla, and a touch of sweetened raspberry tart. Not 100% authentic smelling, but I do love that cocoa powder aroma, and it mixes well with the raspberry.
Flavors of chocolate & raspberry throughout, mild sweet / tart, hints of creamy vanilla. This thing reminds me of Land O'Lakes raspberry hot cocoa in beer format.
Smooth, easy-drinking, no alcohol content noticeable at 6.0% abv.
Would definitely have this one again from Shiner.

Nice aroma of cocoa and raspberry, and the flavor of these is like a punch to your tongue on the first sip. This delivered on the promise.

I got a couple of cans of this beer from a mixed 12pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured a dark nearly opaque amber with white head that was not leaving much lace. The scent had milk chocolate and subtle berry notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with berry and chocolate presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
