The bottle says this beer is made with sake yeast. And it definately lends to an entirely different flavor. Ingredients are hops, malt and yeast.
Opaque honey yellow. Thin white head.
Honeyish aroma.
Complex flavor or honey and malt, with bitterness in the finish. The bitterness does not seem hoppy though. It is hard to believe that they used no honey in brewing this.
Microbubbles on a medium bodied beer.
The bitterness is a bit off putting.
