orange amber, thin head vanishes very quickly.
taste like a lager IPA. not heavy in bitterness, with a light fruity flavor profile. a somewhat weak carbonation goes very well with the style. The feel in mouth is exceptional. very clean, makes you wish you bought an extra 12 oz amber bottle for $3.99. would go well with any food.
overall a 4.25. it’s my first rating, so I tried to not make it a 5, but wow someone should!
edit: I went back and got another. It was actually $4.79. They describe a Kolsch style which I confused with Gosh! I thought go ahead, take a chance. I was thrown off a bit, by expecting it to be sour, thankfully not! The label states “an original ale from Kizakura”- yes, it is original, and lovely!
Look:Amber orange, large bubble head fades fast, no lacing.
Smell: light fruity, slight hops aroma.
Taste: A nice malt presence, detectable, not overpowering. A fermented fruitiness is present. A respectable hops with slight lingering bitterness. extraordinary!
Feel: My favorite part. It felt beautiful in the mouth. Refreshing, low carbonation, perfect dryness. This is an amazing drinking beer, but it will cost! Worth it!
So, sorry people, I changed my mind, this is my 5/5. I love many other beer, but this one leaves a mark!

This is a nice Kolsch beer with a smooth mouthfeel and a profile of aromas and flavors that are pretty mild and therefore easy to pair with food, especially the ones on offer at the brewery's café.
