L- Deep chestnut/(red). Pours with 1cm fine tan head, slowly reducing.
S- Quite fruity, as in deeply rich/molasses/fruity Christmas pudding, something I associate with 7-9% dark European beers, especially winter beers.
T- Pungent, rich toasty, deep crystallised fruits, 'heavy' notes of British Christmas pudding. Getting all this flavour from just a 5% ABV is quite novel to me.
F- Feels like a solid winter-warmer, it has accomplished balance of flavours, very nice indeed.
O- 'All this feel/flavour from just 5% ABV' that's what surprises me. Nice beer, packed with flavour, and with no rough edges at all. I'd happily buy this again.
330ml bottle. Bought from Cold Storage supermarket, Singapore. BB: 03/04/2019
[Just thinking aloud: Wld be very interesting to see another version of this at say 7-7.5%!]

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
