Copenhagen 21/10 2025. 33 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. White can with a sneaky snake with a high hat.
Pours clear amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor. A bit off or unusual. Might be the rice. Sourish grainy notes and a touch of citrus
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish with a strong sweetish tang. Finish is a bit thin and semi-dry.
Sweetish rice jam.
