Decent bottle-poured head of 2 fingers. Recedes slowly. Nearly clear. Some moderate streaks and multiple spots are left behind on the glass.
A cross between malted and unmalted barley. Lightly toasted. Subdued hop.
The beer is thinner in body and malt taste than the smell indicates. High carbonation. There's a solid unexpected hop pop in the finish. The moderate length aftertaste is like pepper.
