Bottle: Poured a light yellow color Kolsch with a great pure white foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma of light European hops with some unrefined grain notes. Taste is also dominated by this unrefined grain taste with some light floral hops. Average body with good carbonation. Overall, I wouldn't say that this was overly complex but well made nonetheless and very refreshing.
