750ml bottle into TAPS magazine snifter.

A-Cloudy lemon peel with a grayish tint. Nice white head with okay retention.

S- Fresh raspberries. With a hint of lemon and some soft mint. Seems promising but I’m still a little wary. Great, but could have a bit

T- Very similar to smell. Less raspberry and more creamy mint. Thought it might be watery but not quite. Hard to say with these styles which are often better light bodied. A slight bit of lip-balm/Vaseline taste which I often get in raspberry beers. BM me if you have an idea why!

M- Medium to light bodied. Spritzy carbonation can foam up nicely. Pretty dry. Good.

O- Wasn’t expecting this to be as clean. Good beer with not much to offend. Recommend if you like fruit beers.

Two other people I had it with (girls) really liked it more than I did.

Le Dilemme ? (dilemma) This is white beer with raspberry, it is brewed for Simon Anthony (a corner store in Montréal).

This beer is cloudy, with golden hue. It has no head, so why bother with head retention. The raspberry a very detectable in the first nose. The beer is thin, it has some quality, it has a pleasant tartness. This is an easy to drink summer brew.

This 500ml brown bottle has been bought at Lavigne for 3,99$

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with some white hue and a nice foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of coriander and orange peel with some light raspberry notes. Taste is also a mix between a spicy Belgian wit with a light raspberry finish. It tends to veer more toward a Belgian Wit then a fruit beer with raspberry playing a minor role overall. Not bad overall and definitely a notch better then other offering from this so-so brewery.
