This is a beer brewed with lime and cilantro (corriander) exclusively for Dépanneur au Coin Duluth. Au maitre brasseur is the kind of experimental brewer that bottles all the project they brewed and shouldn't. Sometimes their experiment are ridiculous and bad drinking.
341ml brown bottle.
A: pale straw with a dense head
S: sour nose not appealling
T: very bitter, bad taste, dry finish
M: thin
D: I didn't finished the bottle

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty yellow color ale with a medium foamy head with average retention and some lacing. Aroma of light coriander and some generic malt backing. Taste is also a mix between some medium coriander spicing with some generic malt base and no traces of lime were to be noticeable. Full body with OK carbonation. Overall this is OK at best but not something I would have again.
