This new style of beer is not my typical brew. This is my second take on it after Deus. I poured this beer in a chilled champagne flute. It poured similar to champagne. The taste was blackberry with a hint of hop bitterness. It was very drinkable and enjoyable. This was one of many I sampled on a recent trip to Montreal and appears to be part of a Quebecois craft beer revolution. Bon apetit!

Bottle: Poured a cloudy lightly dirty beige color ale with a medium bubbly head with average retention. Aroma of light blackberry with some grainy malt and some weird ester. Taste is a weird mix between some blackberry syrup with some unrefined grainy malt and some weird ester which doesn't really fit well. Body is quite full with average carbonation and no apparent alcohol. OK though not necessarily something I would buy very often.
