341ml bottle poured into my Brassin d'Hiver tulip.
A-Small (1cm) white head tops off a hazy yellow nicely. Bubbles galore rise fairly quickly. Might be the most bubbly brew I've seen.
Really fun to watch. Thin stringy spider-web-like lacing.
S- Apple vinegar. Gave a bad vibe on the first sniff but I later understood it. Wheat. Belgian yeasts.
T- Homestyle apple juice. Lots of alcohol. Sour malt. I don't taste any cinnamon.
M- Medium mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. More watery as it warms.
D- High for the alcohol content. I could drink a bomber of this.
Nothing special. Doesn't taste like cinnamon or feel particularly Christmasy. I liked drinking this and would have it again.

Golden yellow color with a nice foamy head. Clear. The head is white as snow and sticks quite well to the glass. The aroma is cinnamon + yeast. There is typical notes of Belgian Golden Pale Ale. Similar feeling in the mouth. The mouthfeel is dry and crisp. The alcohol is present too. Overall, it is not great.
